  • Referrals registered but no sale was made

    Our affiliate pro plugin just went live, and it triggered 7 referrals the first day… however no sales were made that day. What did trigger those referrals, and how to avoid this? Sales amount are written as 1$, but we don’t even have any 1$ items in our store.

    I have just purchased Affiliate Pro and the orders are not showing Affiliate id’s in woo-commerce orders. I have it set as value 0.10 term on a specific category and wooCommerce as the integration. I set the banner and placed an order, the order comes through but does not give credit to the affiliates banner.

    I have upgraded to Affiliates Pro, I can not find or get the woo commerce integration I need to be able to set rates for specific products and categories. when I click on Integration, Object, and Term there is nothing but a tick and it does nothing.

    I entered the code for affiliate pro successfully but the system when creating the ranking will not be able to choose this like this. This rating is given to woocommerce or something else.

    Hi there, after upgrading to Affiliates Pro it’s recommended to install Affiliates WooCommerce Integration instead of Woocommerce Integration light. In Affiliates-> Settings-> Integrations or Addons this Plugin is not available. Where do I find this Plugin? Best regards Ralf
