I have purchased this plug in, installed it, and am hopelessly lost trying to use it. Do you publish a user manual that explains the set up from and admin point of view, and the use from an affiliate point of view? Alan.

Is it possible to setup multiple affiliate types with levels for advancement? For example, we want all affiliates to start out at the basic level which offers a 10% commission. Once they reach $1000 in sales referrals they will move to level 2. At level 2 we would like them to start receiving 20% commission.
