Pretty Affiliate Link Not Working

My pretty affiliate links are not working, they 404. Regular links work fine. I do not have another page called affiliates.

Also, is this compatible if I upgrade to latest Woocommerce?

Hi,

As of version 2.6.x about to be released, support for this type of links is deprecated and will be removed. Please use normal links using the affiliate URL parameter.
