Not receiving emails when affiliate signs up

Hello,
When I sign up a fake account I do not receive the confirmation email that it says is sent. I have tried sending it several times.
I have a contact form on the domain that sends just fine.

I had to change the email address on my main wordpress install and I am wondering if that has anything to do with my problems.

The weird thing is I get the admin email notifications fine, but the affiliate does not get the welcome email.

    I figured it out. My host was blocking all emails that were not associated with my domain. So if a user signed up with a gmail account the email was not sending…I downloaded configure SMTP wordpress plugin and it works fine now.

    Yea i tried to register and I receive emails on the admin side but I do not receive emails after attepting to register on wordpress.

    Any ideas what is wrong? Everything appears to be setup correctly in wordpress, and woocommerce, does it sound like a settings problem? I am lost…

    Hi,
    Affiliates’s sign up uses the wordpress sign up registration system to send the email.
    Please try to register a new user in your website.
