Affiliate account creation not working – get error

I installed the plugin and generated an “Affiliate Area” page. When I attempt to create a new affiliate account I get a message at the top of the page that says “Please try to submit the form again”.

    Shawn just followed up on this, the issue here was with a CAPTCHA plugin which was resolved by using the “Simple Comments” plugin.
