Affiliates MS not working

Hi I have setup affiliates and affiliates MS with woocommerce integration.

If have setup everything as per instructions but referals that arrive on site other than the target site are not attributing sales or visits. For example:

I send someone to a subsite http://******.com/food?partner=2
When they end up making a purchase on my target site http://******.com the sales in not recorded. Am i doing something wrong? I have the redirect box ticked could this be the issue?

    It is a multisite install. So Do i need to install affiliates on all my subistes?

      Hi Shannon,

      You don’t need to have it installed on all subsites. Do you have it set up as outlined in the Affiliates MS Documentation? It would be good if you could share the settings you are currently using to see if all is correct. Make sure that the site where the affiliate system is set up on the target site and that this site is selected under Affiliates > Multisite. If you want, we can also have a look at the admin side (send access to support at itthinx dot com if required).

    Hi,
    Do you have two wordpress installations?
    “/food” seems another installation (diferent to main site), so you need install affiliates in it.
    I’ll take a look.
