Different rate methods for different affiliates

I would like for our business affiliates to get a 10% commission from sales, but member affiliates I would like to get redeemable points, for example, for every 10 sells they would get a free membership ($99 product), rather than a payment. I bought Affiliates Pro, do I need Affiliates Enterprise to do that? Thanks in advance!
