Error Empty Captcha
—
by
Hello,
I can’t get users to sign up through the sign up form here http://rehabs-in-south-africa.org.za/affiliate-area/
When a user tries to sign up, it gives an error code “Error Empty Captcha”
I have installed Captch, Si Captcha Anti Spam and Really Simple Captcha. NONE of them work with the application form and the form doesn’t work with or without them?
Please help, I want to launch today.

I think this is a bug from your side, as I am having that problem too. I tried like every captcha from wordpress plugins, and still same error. On the WP register page id displays correct, on Affiliate Pro register page it shows nothing, and gives an error after registration.
Please help us fixing this.
Please use Affiliates reCAPTCHA.
The “captcha trap” that you guys talk about now, since September, does not work – we need to be able to add Captcha to the login form – this is 2014, this is very basic needs for a registration form.
Thanks for your feedback on that, yes we’ll need to have an example on that asap.
Dear, kento I use Your Plugin Affiliate Pro, but a new user registration “ERROR: Please fill in the reCAPTCHA form.” at Affiliate area page
I use theme “myproduct” Elegan Themes
I use http://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-recaptcha/,
Please help.
thanks.
Hi,
this plugin generates conflict with Affiliates registration. Please try another alternative.
Thank you Kento, but…….
I have now removed SI Captcha and installed Captcha. However, Captcha is not displaying on the registration form although its enabled.
Also if I use Contact Form 7, which I need to use in order to track referrals with Affiliates Pro, this requires that Really simple Captcha is installed. And Really Simple does not allow you to enable captcha on the registration form.
Thanks for your help, more of your valuable advice will be greatly appreciated..
Hi Warren,
The registration form uses its own captcha trap which human users won’t be bothered with, there’s no need to add another captcha on the form 🙂
It’s the SI CAPTCHA Anti-Spam plugin interfering where it shouldn’t.
You must either disable the plugin and use another one that doesn’t interfere, or disable these options:
[ ] Enable CAPTCHA on the login form.
[ ] Enable CAPTCHA on the register form.
