iithix plugin not recognizing my service key.

I have been notified that my Affiliates Pro plugin, which I purchased in Jan 2023, is in need of an update.

However, when I click to update it, I am told I need a service key. However I have a service key, and the ithinx plugin is installed.

My downloads section is empty.

    Hi Edward,

    Thanks for reaching out to us regarding the issue you have with updates.
    After checking your license, it seems that it has expired, therefore in order to get access to updates again, all you need to do is renew it, by purchasing Affiliates Pro again. Afterwards, you will be able again to update your copy.

    Each license obtained is valid for 1 year since the date of purchase, so your license was valid until January 2024.
