Urgent : Itthinx Updates doesn’t work

Hi,

I purchased Group Gravity Forms on April 12, 2023.

There is a new update, version 2.1.0, but I am unable to install it via Itthinx Updates.

My Service Key is valid, but I cannot find the update button.

Could you please assist me? This is very urgent.

    Hi Myriam,

    What you get is correct and the reason why you cannot update is because your license for Groups Gravity Forms has expired on April 12, 2024. Each license gives you access to support and updates for one year, so once you buy the addon again through the shop, you will be able to update to the latest version.
