Affiliates Gravity Forms

hello, I have activated affiliate coupons and I also have the Gravity Forms Coupons Add-on, I would like that if a user orders by entering only the coupon code of one of my affiliates, commissions will be paid to this, but at present this only happens if they pass from affiliate link, is it possible that they are credited even if they don’t go through the link? I left the access to the site as an administrator still valid if you want to verify.
www.driveritalia.eu the module I’m trying with is this:

  1. Please make sure to install the addon I shared on my previous reply and if the issue persists, then it would be better to have a look at your Dashboard. For the latter you may provide temp admin access to your site and we will have a look as soon as possible.

    Cheers,
    George

  2. Hi there,

Thanks for the follow-up, I can see the issue. For a strange reason, even though a GF coupon code is created in lowercase, the coupon code when the form is submitted appears internally in uppercase.
You can either add the affiliate coupon in uppercase only, or alternatively use the following addon I’ve just created here and ignore the coupon code case. Once you download the repository zip you can upload/install it on your site as any other plugin. This is especially handy if you have already created several coupons and it is difficult to edit them all.

    Kind regards,
    George

Hi I tried putting the coupon code in all caps but it still doesn’t seem to hook it in the personal area

Hello and thanks for the answer, unfortunately it doesn’t seem to work, I created the coupon “claudio” and if I insert it here: https://www.driveritalia.eu/prenota-supercar-in-pista/ when requested, it is not tracked in the affiliate area

  4. Hi there,

Welcome back to our support forum.
Yes this is possible with Affiliates Pro as long as the coupon(s) assigned to an affiliate are valid GF coupons and that the case of the coupon code(s) are the same. For example if an affiliate has assigned the coupon thankyou, then make sure that your GF coupon code is also thankyou. Similarly, if the coupon code is THANKYOU, then the coupon assigned to an affiliate should also be THANKYOU.

    Kind regards,
    George
