  1. Hi Thomas,

    Thanks for providing access to your site. I’ve made some tests and it seems that your database is missing some plugin db tables. For that reason I would also like you to enable WP debugging, so that I can test once more and send me a copy of your debug.log, you may send it to george at itthinx dot com.

    Cheers,
    George

  2. Hi Thomas,

    I think it would be better to have a look at your Dashboard, preferably of a staging clone. Please make sure to enable WP debugging, in case something is wrong on your installation, and then forward temp admin credentials to george at itthinx dot com.

    To enable debugging, edit your wp-config.php file and replace this line:

    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );

    with these lines:

    define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
    define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );

    All logs will be stored in your site’s root folder under wp-content/debug.log file.

    Kind regards,
    George

  3. Hi Thomas,

    Thanks for the reply.

    As for the result rendered what I mean is the import result, like the following example:
    https://imgur.com/X4nPtRk
    What does it render in your installation?

    Kind regards,
    George

    Hi:
    “Can you please confirm that your files are uploaded in groups-file-access directory under uploads? ”
    Yes, i confirm (verified by ftp)

    “Also, after you run the Scan and imported this file, what was the result rendered? Did you notice any errors or warnings?”

    This result:
    Regolamento-attuativo.pdf Regolamento Attuativo 0

    Cheers, Thomas

  5. Hi Sito,

    Welcome to our support forum and many thanks for choosing our file restriction tool on your site.

    Can you please confirm that your files are uploaded in groups-file-access directory under uploads? This is the location you should use for uploading files manually and also the location where files are stored when you upload them via your Dashboard under Groups > Files.

    Also, after you run the Scan and imported this file, what was the result rendered? Did you notice any errors or warnings?

    Kind regards,
    George
