discount coupons for an affiliate to recommend products

I would like a discount coupon to be applied automatically when a customer made a purchase via an afficiate link to make it easier for an affiliate to recommend products.
If possible, I would like to differentiate the discount rate based on the level of referrals that the individual affiliate has made.

    With regards to your first inquiry, 
currently, you can only be applied by entering the affiliates coupon. However, I would try to mention this to the rest of the team to see if it can be considered a feature request.
