Problem with groups drip content

Hello, we had a problem with groups drip content, basically it stopped working unexpectedly and I did not understand why.

We use this so that users who buy content, belong to a group and that way the content is available to them. We use this code seen in the shortcodes page (https://docs.itthinx.com/document/groups-drip-content/shortcodes/):

[groups_drip group = ‘group name’]
(video content)
[/  groups_drip]

Previously this worked correctly, so we don’t understand what happened.

      Thank you very much !, but we already found the problem and solved it, it was a plug-in and now everything works correctly, thank you very much in advance

    Eugen Bleck, it could be that the license that we have was bought by envato and at the moment you leave envato it has been lost? The truth is that the plug-in of groups does not work for us and before it worked very well.

    Hi Eugen,
    I’m sorry, that was just a mistake at the time of writing this topic (the space after the /). The code is well written on the web and as I said, before it worked correctly and without any type of modification or change, it stopped working. I think that the plugin was deactivated or stopped working for some reason that I do not know.

    Looking at the shortcode you shared, I can notice you have a space just after the / in [/  groups_drip], please ensure the space is removed and it should be good to go. Hence a working version of the shortcode above would be:
    [groups_drip group = ‘group name’]
    (video content)
    [/groups_drip]
