Comission didn’t register?

Hi one of my affiliates referrlas just had nothing in the amount box despite it being a valid purchase etc.

Why hasn’t it registered the amount from the transaction? All the rates are set.

Well actual I had the rate set to the parent category, is that why? It was a sub category purchase.

I have an image but can’t see how to post it. I have the pro version.

      Currently, we’re not applying referrals to the categories unless the products are directly assigned in that category. But it’s very true this feature is something we would love to consider for a feature update for Affiliates. Thanks for identifying this.
