Groups – Gutenberg Block Issue

Hi – We just recently purchased “Groups PayPal” plugin:
We are unable to build pages in Gutenberg using your Group “Member / Non-Member Blocks”.
When we try to add either block on the page, it just “spins around, says Loading…”, but never really loads either block correctly. Both blocks, when dropped on the page, just spin around “Loading…” forever, never load.
PHP Version = Version 7.4.7
WordPress = Version 5.4.2
MySQL = Server Version – 5.7.23-cll-lve
We could send you “private email” with our URL + Admin Credentials, if you need to SignIn to our site to fix this issue.
FYI: Group Shortcodes do work correctly, but we could save alot of time using Gutenberg blocks.
We really need your help, to get these blocks working 🙂

We did not see any PHP errors in debug.log, however we did notice many script errors in console:

Do these screenshots help to determine the cause of the Groups block issue?

It would be really helpful to be able to use your Group PayPal with the latest version of WordPress via Blocks. How can we find and fix the cause of this issue?

Our “debug.log” file shows no Groups PayPal errors, but still, when we are in edit page mode, your Groups Blocks do not load correctly.

Please could you check your browser console messages to see if there are any errors? Furthermore, if you could also provide temporal logins so I could take a closer look at the issue, that would be great!

Please if you don’t mind, enable WP debugging and share your debug.log file with me. If you are not familiar with this, please:
In your site’s wp-config.php (this file is located in the root folder of your site) enable WordPress debugging by adding these lines:
define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );
define( ‘WP_DEBUG_LOG’, true );
define( ‘WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY’, false );
This will log any PHP notices, warnings, and errors to the log file. The log file typically resides in wp-content/debug.log.
