Hello! I installed Affiliates Pro plugin and I dont know how to set a general rate for all affliliates that are going to inregistrate. I followed the instructions and nothing happened. Please help! Thanks

Sorry for the follow-up here, but if WooCommerce is not an available selection while adding a new rate, then you should also install Affiliates WooCommerce integration through Affiliates > Settings, under Integrations tab, once the Itthinx Updates plugin is installed and your license key is placed in its settings. Itthinx Updates plugin handles your subscription on itthinx.com and gives you access to the available integrations provided and plugin updates, when they are available.

For the affiliate commissions you can add another rate using again the previous process, only this time you should select WooCommerce as the integration. The type should be a rate and the resulting commission will be a percentage of the referred net sale amount.

How do we configure affiliate commissions so that it is calculated at the value of sales?
How to configure the commission so that it is calculated at the net value of sales (gross value-discount coupon value = net value; gross value is the products at the shop price)?

Hi Ioan,
Many thanks for choosing Affiliates Pro as your affiliate management system.
Once you enable the User registration integration found under Affiliates > User Registration, set a value for Base Amount field and go to Affiliates Rates, create a new rate, select Type -> Rate and add a Value of your choice and as Integration select the User Registration.
This rate will apply for referred user registrations for all your affiliates existing and new.
