General question: Avoid support topics shown in forum?

Hi itthinx-Team!

Is it possible to mark submitted support topics so that they won’t be made available in your forum? In some cases I might have to share confidential data with you or information about our business model. These are things that shouldn’t be visible to anyone else than you and me.

    Hi Kai,

    For such cases, we can choose not to publish sensitive data which are included in your submitted topics and comments. You can even add a note to the topic you submit so that it will make it clear for us not to publish specific sections in topics or even the topics as a whole.

    Furthermore, you can add your general question to your forum topic and if additional details are required, you may forward all the sensitive data by email like my personal one which is george at itthinx dot com.
