I’m not sure what to do. My affiliates page has never had the “login in” section that I see as sample in the shortcodes.
Currently, when visiting the Affiliates Area, you see registration. In the past, affiliates could just enter username password and they could login using the registration form and not entering the rest of the information. This no longer works, so I really need a “log in” section for the affiliates. Currently, there is no where for them to log in or to log out. Can you look at my website and make some suggestions? https://www.cuppingwarehouse.com/affiliate-program/

  1. You’re welcome!

There are many reasons why you see a blank page. To name a few, there might be an error with your site, or the redirect is not correct, or you have logged in as a plain user and not as affiliate.
Please create a temp admin account to your site and send me the credentials to george@itthinx.com. That way I can have a thorough look at the flow as an affiliate and as a user.

    Kind regards,
    George

Thank you ! Here’s where I am no. I created link to a new page for them to login because it gets confusing them seeing different screens whether logged in or not. Here’s the Registration page that has a link to another page to login. https://www.cuppingwarehouse.com/affiliate-area/

    Here’s the login page: https://www.cuppingwarehouse.com/affiliate-login/

I did the affiliate redirect to this page for Profile and Stats, but a blank page comes up. Can you tell me what I did wrong?. https://www.cuppingwarehouse.com/affiliate-area-information-stats/

Thank you so much for your help!!!

  3. Hi Stacy,

FYI, [affiliates_registration] and [affiliates_login_redirect] are two different shortcodes that render two different forms, obviously the first for registering and the second one for login.
If you check the documentation links above you can see the differences between them and once you add them both in your affiliate area page, the login form will render for visitors.

    Kind regards,
    George
