I have to set up a multi levels affiliates program for one product ( with woocommerce)

First level :
Between 1 to 5 customers that sign up and buy the product, the affiliate receives €10 per customer.
Between 6 to 10, the affiliate receives €12 per customer
Between 11 to 15 : €15
From 16 : €20

Second level :
When a customer becomes himself sub-affiliate and has customers who buy the product too, the parent affiliate receives €5 per new customer his sub-affiliate bring to sign up.

Is it possible to achieve this with your plugin ?

    Hi Bernard,

    I think it’s better to first work out on how would the different commissions apply, because the first level description is a bit ambiguous.

    Please note that the Affiliates Rankings addon will automatically add your affiliates to groups and will handle the automatic promotions based on each affiliate’s performance. The promotion will depend on the overall performance of an affiliate. For example affiliate Bernard will be member of the group ie “1-5” after registration. Once Bernard reaches 6 referrals, he will be promoted to the next group.

    With Affiliates Rankings the commission granted will depend on overall performance and not on a set period of time. If you like to depend the commission based on the ie monthly performance of an affiliate then it won’t work for you.

    The rate for each group and product is set in Affiliates Enterprise plugin where you need to set one per Group.

    To sum up, I can help you set it up and if it doesn’t fit you, then you can ask for a refund. Once you complete your purchase of Affiliates Enterprise, install it alongside with Groups and Affiliates Rankings and send me temp admin access to george@itthinx.com.

    So, by installing the affiliates rankings addon, i can set this commissions calculations for a chosen product from woocommerce ?

    Hi Bernard,

    Thanks for reaching support.

    Regarding levels, Affiliates Enterprise supports multi-tier referrals. Each affiliate can get commissions for referred sales. Each affiliate can also get commissions whenever his/her referred sub-affiliates get a commission for referred sales.

    Regarding the first level commission calculation, IMO you are missing a time interval. Based on your description you also need to take into account the from-until dates in order to have a limit in measuring the performance. If there is no timeframe, then the affiliate will always get the commission for 1 to 5 customers-sales.

    If on the other hand you just need to distinguish your affiliates according to their performance, then Affiliates Rankings free addon is also needed. This addon will organise your affiliates to groups and whenever the performance improves the affiliate will be promoted to the next rank and so on.
