Affiliates Pro reCAPTCHA Sign in

When a new affiliate tries to sign in the affiliate area page does not show the reCAPTCHA and when they submit it says that they entered the incorrect reCAPTCHA
Could you please help website is https://myhcgwellness.net/affiliate-area/
