Duplicate referrals in WooCommerce affilaites pro

We have:

Affiliates Pro version Version 2.16.6 (updated to Version 2.17.0 just now)
Affiliates WooCommerce Integration – Version 1.6.0
Affiliates Auto Role version 1.1.0

Are there updates for the latter two?

On the referrals screen there are two entries for each referral, in each pair the duplicates are several seconds apart – is this a bug?

    Hi Antonio

    ‘Allow duplicate referrals’ is not ticked. Any other ideas why we’re getting duplicates? I can give you a login if you like?

    I have uninstalled ‘Affiliates Auto Role’ and installed and activated ‘Affiliates Role’

    Is Affiliates WooCommerce Integration – Version 1.6.0 the latest version? Is it needed? I can’t see any mention of it on your site now

      Hi Dan,
      Yes, this is the last version. If you install the Itthinx Updates plugin you will have the last versions installed.
      If you want you can send me dashboard credentials indicating this topic to antonio[at]itthinx[dot]com and I’ll have a look at this.

    Hi Dan,
    Please check that you have not selected ‘Allow duplicate referrals’ from Affiliates->Settings:Referrals.
    Related to the Affiliates Auto Role, please have a look at this page (you must use Affiliates Role).
