Renew Plug-ins

Hi,

I can see that my plug-ins need to be renewed – you do not have an automatic notification that renewals are needed!!!

Virtually all plug-in providers notify users when renewals are due (I stopped using Aelia plug-ins because they also do not have automatic renewal notifications).

How do I re-new at this stage as I am not being offered the 50% renewal discount when I go to Checkout.

    Hi Peter,

    Thanks for asking, indeed you should get the update notifications and also a renewal reminder. I can see that you’re using Affiliates Enterprise based on your previous purchase for a 5 Site license – if you place an order with your current account, you must see the discount applied. Please just make sure that you are logged in when you try to place the order for your Affiliates Enterprise 5 Sites license. Please also note that you have to place the order for the same license for the discount to be applied.
