affiliate is not storing in referral

Hello,

We have use the plugin in this website : [edited]

In this we are not allowing user to register from front website, admin will manually add the user for affiliate. in this website i have create a two user and then assign them as a affiliate and then assign one user to parent affiliate
ex :
Dealer 1 main user
Dealer 2 child user of dealer 1

Now when ever Dealer 2 purchase any product dealer 1 should get commission of percentage which we set in product.

But problem is Dealer 1 is not getting commission, if i check in system when Dealer 2 purchase and admin complete the order the referral is entering but affiliate is no one.

Users :
Parent Affiliate
username : amrishdealer1
password : [edited]

Child Affiliate
username : amrishdealer2
password : [edited]

Please guide me.
