Support requests lost in twighlight zone?

There were two support requests for which I never received that “Your topic is pending review” confirmation email.
I didn’t think much of it till neither received a response, and then I DID get that confirmation email for another post and it motivated to post here.

Both posts were looking for help on the same topic.
I took the time to dig a bit and was the topic ID’s for both of them:
