Adding Affiliate Coupon Manually Doesnt Work

Following the instructions here (http://docs.itthinx.com/document/affiliates-pro/affiliate-program-management/coupons/) to add affiliate coupon code after creating it through WooCommerce “Add Coupon”.

I go to add a new attribute for the affiliate and “Coupons” does not show up. Only – Paypal Email, Referral Amount, Referral Amount Method, Referral Rate, and Cookie Expiration. No “Coupons” in the drop down menu. We are using Affiliate Enterprise and also have Affiliates Coupons plugin installed.
