Referrals Are Not Being Captured on Sales

I have an issue with getting the visits converted to referrals/sales in our setup.

I have Affiliates->Settings->Commissions set to “Referral Amount Method” and Value set to Affiliates_WC_Method::product_rates but the visit(while it’s being shown in the system and one that I just did manually using one of our affiliates links) is not resulting in a referral credit.

Can you help?

    Hi Anthony,
    Please be sure you have selected ‘Enable product referral rates’ and have set a default value in Affiliates->Woocommerce Integration.
