Cookies not working

Hi,
I am having an issue with cookies, orders are not beeing tracked to the correct affiliate, but to Direct – the store itself.
I cleaned all cookies, was looged out and typed affiliated link.
Inspected with firebug and wp_affiliates cookie was not there. After completing the order, the comission was attributed to Direct.
When using a coupon code, comission was attibuted to the correct affliate (only one test)
I had tested Woocommerce light version for some days before upgrading to pro and it seemed that tracking was working.
I would appreciate very much if you could check this asap, because a promotion with affiliates is running!!
best regards,

Sure Cacilda,
I will have a look and keep you posted.
Thanks
Hi George,
I am using just Affiliates Pro, Woocommerce integration Pro and woocommerce coupons…
It has a very strange behavior, yesterday ir recorded just some hits for my test affiliate, but not many others. Also hits for one of the affiliates, but today I tried to use this affiliate link with no record at all.
I will send admin access to support email, could you please take a look?
Best regards,
Cc
Hi Cacilda,
Are you using also Affiliates Permanent plugin? If that is the case you should have a look at the documentation page for Affiliates Permanent and depending on your desired setup, enable the first option to use The normal affiliate referral process for guests(first option).
Kind regards,
George
Hi George,
Right now I was using my test account. With it, hits were not being recorder to the affiliate, but they do increment the statistics summary viewed in main dashboard.
But I have registered previous hits recorded for the affiliate, from earlier today and some days ago, for others affiliates besides test account.
I disabled Direct Referral and completed an order. Now comission is no more atributted to store and to nobobody…
Any ideas?

Hi Cacilda,
Apart from referrals, is there a visit and/or a hit recorded for the affiliate when you visit the site through his/her affiliate link?
Kind regards,
George
