File part of Groups Restrict Categories category but need it unrestricted

Hey guys,

We have a category of download files that are in Restricted Group Category. I need to make one of the files this category unrestricted. How do I override the category permission on a per file basis so I can keep the file in the Download file Category but also show it unrestricted by the Groups access? Please advise asap as this is time sensitive. Thank you!

    Hi Ryan,
    sorry, you can not exclude the file restriction, Groups works adding restrictions, so you could remove this restriction to this category, and add the restriction element by element (be sure you have the post type selected in Groups->Options).
