0 value for referrals

I installed the woocommerce integration and now referrals are tracked (thanks for that help on a different post) but the do not have a value. The referrals show as 0. I checked the referral rate for the affiliate and it is set at .15 for 15%. I’ve looked all over the documentation and can’t find any troubleshooting suggestions in Affiliates Enterprise.

    But if I do that then what happens when I want to give affiliates different commission rates?

      Hi Steve,
      this is to set the basic setup. If you add a custom rate as attribute to an affiliate, then this overrides the default value.

    Hi Steve,
    please be sure you have enable “Enable product referral rates” in Affiliates->Woocommerce Integration and set a default rate.
    Then choose Affiliates_WC_Method::product_rates in Affiliates->Settings:Commissions
