Activated but no Intergration for Woocommerce

Hi, I purchased “Affiliates Pro” and downloaded and installed. However when I go to the Settings > Integration page, it does not allow me to download or integrate with Woocommerce: “The Affiliates WooCommerce Integration plugin is not installed”. There is no way to download it as it redirects to the Affiliates Pro page, which I have already bought.

Please help.

    Hi,

    Sent. Please make sure to review the Troubleshooting section on the Itthinx Updates documentation page. It sounds like you have another plugin that’s intefering in the update and installation process – if so, you can deactivate it so that in the future you have unobstructed access.

    BTW, “Affiliates WooCommerce Integration Light” works. But I paid for the Affiliates PRO version.

    Hi Antonio, That’s exactly what we did but Woocommerce is still not installed. We received this error when we clicked on “Install”: An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.

    Hi kristin,
    please be sure you have installed and activated the ‘itthinx update’ plugin and set the service key in Plugins->itthinx Update. Then in Affiliates->Settings:Integration you will have a new button to install the integrations.
