Affiliates not getting credit when an order completes successfully

I have Affiliates Pro installed on my site: http://www.foodforliberty.com/.

When someone purchases through a particular affiliate link, the affiliate associated does not get the required credit. Please look into the issue and do the needful.

    Hi Karl,

    There can be a few reasons of why this is happening. Please make sure that you haven’t changed the Affiliate URL parameter or you are using Affiliate URL encoding without notifying your affiliates.
    Also, make sure that you have installed the Integration for your e-commerce plugin and that when a purchase is made there is a referral recorded under Affiliates>Referrals.
