Itthinx Updates plugin link does not work

Hi All,

Itthinx Updates

This link goes to a response that says you can add it to your cart from a coupon but I already bought the Pro and have the Key but no coupon and I am unable to find the Updates plugin anywhere.

I bought it yesterday.

Do I have to buy a Coupon to get the Updater?

I have searched the Shop on the Itthinx site and it is not there either.

Hi Antonio,

I found the link at the top of the plugins menu – but when I click on it I get this message.

This is the link that is in the updates words http://livingayurveda.co.uk/wp-admin/update.php?action=install-plugin&plugin=itthinx-updates&_wpnonce=41683d9684

This is the result.

“An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.”

My key is 86b032…..a261999

we run canvas theme with WooCommerce on this web site livingayurveda.co.uk

Please help.

  Hi,
  if you have a google search you can see a lot of reasons that can generate this error.
  You can check:
  1.- You have enough space in your server.
  2.- Your wp-content folder is writable (go to dashboard Appearance->editor and check if you can modify any file)
  3.- You might want to enable debugging to see if there are any error messages showing up in the debug.log when you try to install the integration.

Hi John,
when you activate Affiliates Pro plugin and you haven’t itthinx update plugin, if you visit the plugins submenu, you can see a notice ( “Please install the itthinx updates plugin to enable automatic updates for your plugins by itthinx.” ) with the link to automatically install it.
