Affiliates Pro Tracking Hits but not Referrals after Upgrade

Ever since upgrading to latest Affiliates Pro and Affiliates WooCommerce Integration, affiliate links are still showing hits, but not crediting referrals for purchases. (Self-tested by purchasing own product.)

I have not added any new plugins either and has previously worked fine with WordFence as well. Need assistance figuring out what’s going on, as we would like to make a push for holiday season.
