Affiliate Groups

As recommended in your forum, I purchased Affiliate Groups and followed the instructions as outlined in the documentation but am still having issues…

We are using this to set up specific commissions per group. It wasn’t working but I had a few settings that were incorrect (those on the Default Referral Amount Calculation). I’ve made those changes but I went ahead and set a commission rate per affiliate because the group we’re using is a small one.

My issue is, there are particular products we’re trying to exclude, but yet when I enter “0” next to that group in the product data affiliate group area, it’s not working. The commission is still being given to the affiliate. Can you explain the issue here?

I tried to email Eggemplo the other day and got no response.
