Unable to reply to excisting forum post

Hi, IN the last couple of days i have several times replied to questions you asked or responded to your answers here in the forum, but it seems your system is not saving ANY of my replies i post. I am only able to create new topics, not respond to excisting topics.

I just tried again signing up for a test affiliate account on my site, this time using a different browser, and today it seems to work just fine and i too could log into the affiliate area.
I did however notice that the email i received with the password, it did not fill the name token, so it looks like below in the email:
Hi [affiliate_name],
Thank you for signing up to the
***********************************
Could you please see if your welcome email also had : Hi [affiliate_name],
***********************************
My template is set up as below ( except for the tags:
Hi [affiliate_name],
Thank you for signing up to the Asia Virtual Solutions affiliate program
Here are your details:
Username: [username]
Password: [password]
Login at the affiliate area over here: http://asiavirtualsolutions.com/affiliate-area/ and update your PayPal email, see your stats, and to get information on affiliate resources.

[site_title]
[site_url]

All the fields are filled correctly except for the [affiliate_name] field.
I checked under manage affiliate and the name and surname is both there.
Any suggestions?

You can’t use that [affiliates_name] token in the registration message, you can only use the tokens you will find in the Help tab for Affiliate Registration on the Affiliates > Notifications admin page.
