  1. I’m setting up my affiliate program and I’m noticing that my banner codes are so long that they are running off the page. I found a comment by another user that had the same problem so going by the advice given I logged in as an affiliate and the code was still going off the page. I’ve tried using both the chrome browser as well as safari. Is there a fix for this?

      Hi Daniela,
when you show the banners in the affiliates area, the link is customized with the affiliate’s parameter.
But if you need to show different images for each affiliate, you will need to check the affiliate’s id and show the corresponding banner using the banner shortcode generated in Affiliates->banners.This option is not implemented because it is unusual. To do it you will need to create your own shortcode using the Affiliate API.
      Regards,
      Antonio B.

  5. Is there some easy way to upgrade your free Affiliate plugin to Affiliate Pro version?

    1. Hi Jerzy,

Yes, Affiliates Pro replaces the free Affiliates plugin. The installation procedure is simply deactivating Affiliates and uploading and activating Affiliates Pro (with a very recommended backup before making any changes to your WordPress site as usual).

      Cheers

  6. Can you tell me what browser you’re checking in. We’re having issues in Chrome & Safari, and FF sometimes shows the code. I’ve had 2 other people check on different IP’s

    1. Please share you page html code using pastebin.com

  7. Thanks but I am using the text editor, and only use the shortcode which results in duplicate images rather than image and code

    1. Hi,
I can see the image and the code: screen.

  8. Hi there,

I’m having an issue where on my Banners page it is showing duplicate banner images, instead of the banner and code below. If I refresh this works in Firefox, but doesn’t work in Chrome or Safari.

The same with the affiliate link (html) – the working link shows, no html code shows. How can I fix this?

    1. Hi,
be sure you are adding the code in ‘text’ mode in the editor.
Please give us an url to have a look and your affiliates-area page code used (please use pastebin.com).
      cheers
