  1. Hi Kento,

this probably shouldn’t be posted here, but I was just curious where it should be posted?

I downloaded your plugin today, and it’s great, it pretty much handles everything I wanted it to, but there is only one draw back. When I’m on a page and I want to limit it to be read by only a certain group, is there not a way of just checking a box or typing in the group name in the “Access Restriction” box.

Some groups may have the same capabilities but I want to limit their viewing of a certain page. But I would prefer not to use the short code as this isn’t user intuitive.

    Thanks

    1. Hi,
you can create capability “Premium”, and assign it to a new group “Premium”. So on Post/page edition you can type the capability name in “Access restriction” box.
      cheers

  2. i can’t set the capability to the particular group even show this message(Apply capability to selected groups:) but i can’t choose the right capability because it was empty. how can i solve it out.

    help me

    1. Do you mean the dropdown is empty? What versions are you using please?

  3. Hi Kento,

I had your plugin working fine on a local installation, but now that I have my website on my host it no longer populates the capabilities table or allows me to add new capabilities. suggesting that the table doesn’t create…

I have deactivated the plugin and deleted it, then reinstalled. Also tried checking the box “Delete all plugin data on deactivation”.

Any suggestions as to how to fix this?

    1. That’s odd, would you care to send login details so I can have a look?

  4. Hi Kento,

Fantastic plugin! thanks ๐Ÿ™‚ Do you plan to extend this so it works with buddypress groups – because I’d find that really, really, really useful ๐Ÿ™‚

    Thanks,
    Rob

    1. Thanks Rob ๐Ÿ™‚ Haven’t given a thought about that yet, might be interesting though. Any particular features you’re thinking about?
